Next, I used the eraser tool and white marker to remove messy lines from the sketch and the scattered black spots caused by shadows during shooting. For the extremely fine details, I carefully filled in the gaps with black marker strokes. Throughout this process, I also lightly overlapped the original lines with marker to ensure consistent line thickness.
After considerable effort, the sketch finally achieved a tidy appearance. I created a new layer to preserve its original form while coloring. Using the Paint Bucket Tool, I applied colors to the sketch, then employed the Divide Tool to reveal the underlying layer. Through repeated iterations, I completed the basic color scheme. Next, I used the Suction Tool to absorb colors, darkened them, and outlined the darker areas with a Marker Tool. Finally, I blurred the boundary between light and dark areas using the Smudge Tool.
